When Delia did her how to cook series. She showed a range of non stick pans which she recommended.
Does anyone have experience of these pans? Are they worth the money? Any problems with non stick peeling off or flaking?

Hello,
I had a set of these pans when the series was filmed about 20 years ago and over the years they have deteriorated and I have had to replace them.
I understand that the people who made them then are not the same as those who make them now so we can’t really comment on the range that is available now.
Kind regards
Lindsey

Can you recall whether or not the skk pans were cast iron? If so were they heavy pans?
Did you replace with more skk or a different brand?

They are cast aluminium with a titanium coating. I no longer have any SKK at home but I do still have a few in the test kitchen at Delia’s. We do not have any recently purchased SKK pans.
We're giving five lucky members the chance to join Northern Ballet for the most exciting party in town as they reimagine F. Scott Fitzgerald's great American novel in signature style.
