Is shallow Fried Fish healthier than deep fried or breaded?
It’s healthier on the purse but not the person!
Compared to deep frying, is shallow frying healthier for the person?
If not what is a healthier way, what about breaded and baked in a toaster oven, we're just two old folk.
No because the batter will still absorb the same amount oi oil.
You can cook crumbed fish in the over with just a little spray of oil (I use fry Light). Or without the crumbs you can cook under a grill or poach in a frying pan. I would grill fish without breadcrumbs as they are likely to burn.
