

Hi Lindsey,
I have been making Delia’s traditional Christmas puddings for years and I have just finished making one today.
For the first time ever I have noticed that something has gone wrong with the quantities. I think I have used too much apple. It was around 240g. The mixture looks a bit apple heavy and it is drier than normal and I have had to use more stout for the first time. I don’t know if I can send you a photo?!
Do you think this pudding mixture is useable or shall I start again?!!
