About Genoa Cake

Hello,

There are many variations of Genoa but loosely I would say that a Genoa has less fruit than a classic rich fruit cake and it’s lighter as it doesn’t have any of the dark vine fruits.

Delia’s light fruit cake is the nearest that we have.
