Hello Lindsey,
I was looking through the Choc. Fudge Cake recipe. I was wondering if I can use ordinary, white sr flour? I'm after a damp, moist crumb.

Hello Lorraine,
Yes, you can make this cake with white self-raising flour.
Be careful not to overbake it for a moist cake.
Reduce the oven temperature by 20 degrees if you use a fan oven.
Have you tried the squidgy chocolate cake? That is lovely and moist.
