Re easy vanilla ice cream recipe in Summer collection - why does the sugar content in condensed milk, make this recipe not suitable for ice cream makers?

Condensed milk, because of the sugar content, does not freeze solid.
Ice cream machines do not freeze ice cream until completely solid, andthat combined with the softness of the condensed milk means it will not make a satisfactory churned ice cream.
However, for the same reason it makes it very suitable for no-churn ice-cream
