Delia's Boef Bourguinon Easy. Hello Lindsey I note none of the usual ingredient need precooking prior to assembly. Is this because the recipe is cooked on a low heat and slow cooked as I usually precook the onion until soft and sear the meat.
Yes, we usually brown the meat and cook the bacon and onions first too. This recipe is a cheat version for those who don’t have the time for whatever reason to do that.
