A quicker Millefeuille filling

Hi Lindsey, Happy Easter to you.
I'm planning to make a millefeuille for Easter and I'm going to be pushed for time can I fill it with all mascarpone cream instead and would one 250g tub be enough?

Hi Wendy,
I think that will work well. Yes a 250g tub should be fine. I would beat the mascarpone with vanilla and sugar before folding in the whipped cream.
