Hi Lindsey, Delia' s coffee and walnut sponge cake using 2 eggs is delicious but can you please give quantities and cooking times for a larger version of this delicious cake.

You can make 1 ½ x the recipe (i.e. a 3-egg version) in 20cm sandwich tins and they’ll take 35 minutes at the same temperature.
