A huge thank you
I'm sending this more as comment than a question!
I've had a traditional Delia cook book for many years and often dip in and out of it.
With the current circumstances, and my fortunate ability to work from home (I'm a key worker), I've picked the book up and menu planned Delia's recipes for the week.
This evening it was Boeuf en Daube. I've never been able to cook beef well before, but this was my first attempt at this recipe and this time the beef I cooked was simply wonderful. In fact every meal has been wonderful.
So, I just wanted to a huge thank you for all the amazing recipes and cooking instructions! Loving absolutely every dish.
