I would like to Thank you Lindsey for the wedding cake recipe for a 14 inch x 4 inch deep tin. When I saw the tin it looked so enormous that I made the ingredients up from 800 grams flour to 1000 grams and then all the other ingredient increased accordingly. Still not sure I soaked the fruit for Delias Christmas cake to either use or keep for 2017. When I filled the tin I was still about 1 inch short so used the extra mixture and it was perfect. Phew !! I cooked on fan 120 and lowered slightly after 6 hours. It actually took 9 hours.
