12 inch Square Wedding Cake

Hi Lindsey,
I'm making my friend's wedding cake. She wants a 12" square single tier. I've seen your scaling up chart, but it only goes up to 10" square. Can I add together the 5" and 7" ingredients? Would 6 hours be about right for cooking time?
