I have used Delia's recipe for rich fruit cake many times over the years. It makes a fantastic tasting cake and is, as ever, a reliable recipe, so I wish to use it when I make my wedding cake next year. I plan to make a three tiered cake, 6, 8 and 10 inches respectively. The information given in the link below gives the recipes for the 6 and 8 inch cake. Would it possible if I could have the recipe for a 10 inch cake?
