From Delia's Summer Collection, our fried halloumi starter will take you back to when the book first came out and literally burst into kitchens all over the world. Keeping with the Greek theme, a main course of lamb baked with lemon and garlic, and finally a light dessert of gooseberry fool made with Greek yoghurt
