Start the festive celebrations with a menu for December that's perfect for Christmas dinner parties.
A slow-cooked celery and celeriac soup to start with is followed by Salmon Coulibiac - a fish pie made in advance kept in the fridge and then cooked while you serve your starter.
Dessert has a proper Christmas, celebratory feel to it. Pink champagne jellies look very festive and pretty when served in dainty glasses.
