Cheese of the Month (every month for a year)

Some of the farmers we work with can only produce in small quantity or when their herds are giving milk. So you have the chance to try these more seasonal cheeses, each month, we make a selection of the 3 or 4 best cheeses on our counters as Cheese of the Month. We choose them aiming to cover the range of styles and milk types. The approximate total weight of each selection is 3.5 lb (1.5 kg).
Delivery is on the first Thursday of every month
