I purchased 360 of these tablets, am taking two a day at the moment ( with food ) will be taking one a day soon.
my blood count is now between 6.00 and 7.00 so much better than 12 and 14 really chuffed.

Nanny, that is fantastic. Are you on any other medication for diabetes ? If not, then that is truly amazing. Hope it continues.

I've found them at Holland and Barrets, thank you, OH is getting fed up of cinnamon on his porridge :-)))

I bought them on line from, Healthy Direct
www.healthydirect.com two tubs of 180 for just over £8
I decided to buy them as I don't always want porridge
for breakfast and so I would miss a day or two of the powdered cinnamon, I do not take any other substance for my diabetes, just eating off, of very small dinner plates

They've squeezed me into a tablet!
It's probably only 500 mg though as 500 grams is more than a pound. Sorry for being pedantic.

I ordered mine from Healthy Direct Bramble, only £8:99 for 360 tablets.

Holland & Barratt's were £12:99 for just 100 500g capsules, heck of a difference in price considering they're supposed to be selling at discount prices.
