I don't know Bramble, you know him, what would he like?? maybe you may make a little dinner for two only to talk and stay each other!! or you may say!! surprise!!! We will dinner out today!!! why say him?? Because is our Anniversary!!! Noooo, don't tell him Bramble if you think he will be hurt. Even if he has forgotten, he wouldn't like to think that you might forget. It's our role in life to remember these sorts of things... at least that is what M would say to me (joking of course)! Tell him you hadn't really forgotten... a white lie won't harm him. Cook him something nice.

I dont know dear Honey everybody forget something sometimes!! Gerardo forget our last Anniversary!! At first I was upset but before I tell him (maybe I would upset all the time and he doesn't know!!) And at night he offer to buy some chinese food (so good) and dinner at home with the childs, the twins were sooo happy!! Was nice.xxCanela

Happy Anniversay Bramble!

I'm with Mum, I wouldn't let on that I had forgotten it, i'd probably hurridly make OH a card (I'm at work!) or pop to the shop on way home or pop out special and buy one.

And as I woudn't be able to russle up anything that good for tonight i would say why don't we go out Saturday night for something to eat?!

Ahh he's spotted this! They do have a peek you know, to see what we're up to! I'm making him a nice meal, leeks (couldn't get chicory) wrapped in ham and covered with cheese sauce, his fave, with jersey royals. And he'll take us to the Angel at Hetton at the weekend, after all, he forgot too :-))) Aren't we a romantic pair (not!)

Happy anniversary, Bramble!
Although I've been entering this site everyday ,I'm still fairly new at posting ,but it feels like I've know everyone for ages, so I hope you don't mind me congratulating you on this happy ocasion. I'm having my 22nd anniversary on the 31st of May ,and we never made much of it (though we both always remembered it), except for me cooking some of his favourite dishes for dinner and him bringing me flowers. We are waiting for the BIG25, maybe then we'll have a big party with all family and friends. I'm sure you'll have some nice surprise still, the day is not over yet.

Soory, I really must pay more attention when I'm reading the posts. I've just realized it was you who forgot, not your OH. Never mind, don't feel guilty, after all women do have valid reason/excuse to forget these things, we have a lot more on our minds than men, the house, children ,shopping, work, etc (oh dear, I sound like a feminist).

Thanks for all you good wishes folks, I suspect the reason I forget is we've lived together 20 years and the getting-married bit was a bit of an afterthought :-)))

Thank- you, Saffy And Honey, as I wrote in one of my first posts, it takes me some time and effort to post in proper english ( I'me portuguese) and I only manage to do it when I'me alone in the house and have te computer all to myself. When my son and my Oh are in I have no chance of getting near it! Lol!
