Hi everyone I need your help again, Im going to make wedding favours for my sons wedding in August, thing is how far in advance can I make them as Im a little worried that once the sugard almonds are in contact with the air they might go sticky or soft, I have 150 to make so need quite a good start on them. Anyone any ideas. many thanks mary
