Baking a cake tonight and I forgot to get the sour cream that the recipe calls for. I have mile, double cream and creme fraiche in the fridage. Can I use any of these. Or can I 'sour' my own cream?

Hi Steven - you can add lemon juice to cream to "sour" it or you can use creme fraiche - personally I would use creme fraiche (same quantities)
