Hi

Can anyone suggest a decent baking sheet? One that does not warp?

anyone tried the mermaid baking sheets?

Not sure of the website but Aga do good ones .Not tried Mermaid ones but they are meant to be good . Susan

I wouldn't be without my Mermaid trays/tins. They are expensive, but v.strong and won't warp and v.easy to clean too.

Hi Omar,
I use baking sheets by Silverwood. These are anodised too and tend to be cheaper than Mermaid, although I find them just as good - if not better. I bought one of their Tarte Tatin tins and it's as solid as a rock - I use it for Yorkshire Puddings!
