I have tried on numerous occasions to get cuttings of
the 'Photinia bush' to grow, but to no avail. I had a really beautiful one in my garden until a very bad storm wiped it out. I took cuttings from it, and various friends have let me take cuttings from theirs and they do not take.
any advice please {B-) xx

Some plants just won't root, whatever you do to them, I suppose you're using rooting powder? The other thing is nothing likes to root when it's flowering - the energy is all in the flowering direction, it will be happier growing roots when that's finished. Bramble xxx
you are so kind Krish, but I couldn't ask you to go to all that trouble. I have looked the site you gave me, but it baffles me a bit
