has anyone been able to plant theirs out yet? or is this awful April weather to blame?

my variety is Wilja....good all rounders.

I put mine in the first of April in tune with the loonie (lunar) calendar and they are showing through. However the spring is a lot earlier here and yesterday for instance it was 32 degrees in the full sun in the garden! You will be pleased to know that it is raining today though. By the way, and I am being discreet on the boards, does your surname contain a u because if so my OH threw you in the trash can...sorry. You can always try again. I am growing Amandine, violette (a purple one) and Ratte.

Did you see the potatoes which had chitted on Gardeners World last Friday? The growth was a good 10 inches on some the chap had forgotton about. Still not got ours in, hopefully this week.
