Morning foodie . A visiting Easter this year !! To younger son on Friday , to friends on Sat , to my parents Sun and to MIL and SIL's Mon. So sadly no cooking . Will make Italian Easter Cake for Sun and Simnel cake Mon (On Mon can I put Arsenic in it ? we would rather watch grass grow but hey that is life ) Enjoy Easter everyone . Susan xxx

Has to be roast lamb for me! - that "means" Easter! What else - I'm not sure. Want to make a pudding - but don't want to wreck my diet! - so may not.

We have guests coming to stay for the Easter weekend and one is a vegetarian so some serious menu planning needed.

I've decided to do ribeye steaks; whether I'll do a HTCAC yet I haven't decided - it will come with a salad (OH will complain about getting long ears and a fluffy tail again) but haven't decided what else will be served yet. I do have some scallops in the freezer and some smoked salmon - decisions, decisions; there again, I guess I could incorporate the smoked salmon and the scallops but that seems a bit of a waste of one or the other as they are so good separately.
