sounds interesting? maybe one to make a classic mojito with bacardi rum to give added flavour!

I use it when boiling bacon or gammon. It is also nice in a mint, pineapple and red onion salsa. Viv xx

I use it sprinkled over, couldn't think of anything else. The salsa sounds divine, will have to try.
