My local Asda doesn't have this in stock. Can anyone tell me please what the pack contains, hopefully I will still be able to make this recipe with fresh ingredients instead.

Have just dug the pack out of the freezer!!
The ingredients are listed in the following order:
green chillies
shallots
lemongrass
garlic
coriander
basil
ginger
kaffir lime leaves
cumin seed
paprika
Not sure whether this will help you or not, but good luck

We have a massive Asda Walmart but they don't stock it either. I'm hoping it is just a timing thing and they will have it later.
