yes, I used the whole sausage, I think the total weight was around 500g of the chorizo i brought....I just thought what the heck, chuck it all in!

cor if you dohbled up on the recipe...as i basically did, served it with french beans and brocolli...it will feed 6 very VERY well....

I can highly recomend delias rhubarb and ginger beer jellies for pudding...a match made in heaven...
