Hoping someone can help me,am looking to make delias carmelised onions and taleggio cheese tartlets but am having bother sourcing the cheese, anyone know where i can purchase it or of another cheese i could use in its place.Thanks in advance.

Gouda would make a good substitute Debs 3, I have trouble getting taleggio too but have successfully used Gouda.

They often have it in Tesco, in the exotic cheese section.

I bought some prepacked in Sainsburys yesterday but am unable to find the caramelised onions. I suppose I will have to caramelise my own unless someone can suggest a substitute. I hope to make them tomorrow.

Thanks for all your help folks,found the cheese in tesco and the caramelised onions can be found in Morrisons.
