I made the Spiced Chicken Masala curry tonight and it was really nice and really quick to prepare and cook. Will definately be making it again.
I made it last night too Amanda...was somewhat spicy, so will tone it down a little next time and not use the 4 tsps stated...have got delicate tastebuds ya see lol....but as you say, was sooo easy to make...a real dream!!!
Cannot agree with you, more, Amanda - it's a fab little recipe. Just perfect when you're gagging for a curry midweek and (a) you can't be bothered to go out and (b) you're too wrecked to do anything over-complicated. I don't do the coconut sambal, though - I hate coconut with a vengeance!
