Thanks, Dolly, saved to my favourites recipe folder. I like the look of the crushed peach preserve. Talk about a 'cheat's' recipe! Dead easy - will try that when I get back from hols.

Dolly, just to say that I finally made your lemon ice, and it went down a treat. You were in Goa at the time, so I couldn`t let you know. It was sweet, as I forgot you`d said , but was still tangy and different and will be made again.
