Think my red chillies were a but hot though, will cut down next time.
Also you should Create a "Velvet" by mixing the cornflour with some 4-5 tbs water. Add the chicken to this mixture and mix. This makes the chicken very very smooth and soft.

Once a week job, my OH says! I see lots of recipes for indian currys, but not Chinese. There is also lots of information on the net about Lily Kwok, she was quite famous for this curry within the Chinese community
