I'm sure you're all already in the know as I have only been on this site for 5 mins (!) but i made Sam's chicken Dhansak friday night and it was proper luvverly! Hubby proclaimed it the best curry i've made. Considering i've done a few from an Indian cookbook I think that's pretty impressive!! Thanks Sam! xx Will do another this weekend I think!

I can vouch for Sam's jalfrezi, mango chutney, spinach and potato curry (Sag Aloo), Bombay Potatoes and more. Sam really is our Curry Queen.
