This classic Rhône blend of 30% Grenache, 30% Chardonnay, 20% Rousanne, 10% Rolle (vermentino) and 10% Muscat is packed with flavours of the 'Garrigue’, such as rosemary & thyme, citrus lemon and confit melon, which makes it perfect with the flavours of the chicken dish.The wine has a good backbone and tannic structure. Serve lightly chilled.
