Terms and Conditions: Gastrolux 4-piece set of pans

The competition runs from July 21 to August 14th inclusive. One Delia Online member will win a 4-piece set of Gastrolux pans and a Gastrolux Silicone Spatula with a total RRP value of £500.

The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable and there is no cash or credit alternative available. In the event of circumstances outside its control, the promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative prize of equal or greater value should the prize be unavailable for any reason. The winners will be picked at random from all correct competition entries after August 14th 2016, under independent supervision. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entrants must be aged 18 or over and resident in the UK. The winners will be notified after August 14th 2016 and the winner's name will be posted on the site.

By entering the promotion, the entrant agrees to the terms of the privacy policy. In addition, Delia Online may pass your information to the promoters and their data processors. However, we always demand that those parties adhere to the same security procedures as we follow ourselves. These instructions form part of the rules and acceptance of the rules is a condition of entry. No responsibility can be accepted for lost of misplaced entries; incomplete entries will be disregarded. Should you take part in the Gastrolux money-off offer and for any reason need to return your pans to Gastrolux, please enclose the Waitrose/John Lewis gift card.  If the gift card is not enclosed, the £10 will be deducted from your refund.
