Pina Colada

 Pina Colada

  Serves 1 (makes 225ml)

Ingredients
 2 shots (50ml) Malibu
 4 shots (100ml) pineapple juice
 1 shot (25ml) double cream
 2 shots (50ml) Coco Lopez
 crushed ice
 pineapple wedges
 pineapple leaves

You will also need 1 hurricane glass.

Method

Blend all the ingredients with a handful of crushed ice.

Serve in a hurricane glass, garnished with a wedge of pineapple and a pineapple leaf.
