| 2 shots (50ml) Malibu |
| 4 shots (100ml) pineapple juice |
| 1 shot (25ml) double cream |
| 2 shots (50ml) Coco Lopez |
| crushed ice |
| pineapple wedges |
| pineapple leaves |

| You will also need 1 hurricane glass. |
Method
Blend all the ingredients with a handful of crushed ice.
Serve in a hurricane glass, garnished with a wedge of pineapple and a pineapple leaf.
