A new take on a retro classic, this gorgeous tart is full of flavour, with onions, Parmesan cheese and crème fraiche providing plenty of creaminess.
These delightful tartlets contain a combination of melted cheese, lightly sautéed asparagus tips and whole, lightly baked eggs. They are simple to prepare and just need popping into the oven 12-15 minutes before they are served.
This salad can be served warm as a first course and it's extremely good as an accompaniment to fish or chicken main course dishes. Served cold it makes a lovely addition to a selection of salads for a buffet.
These are so moreish that I don't think your guests could possibly survive on just one. They are simple to make and freeze superbly once cooked, provided you defrost and re-heat them in a hot oven for about 4 minutes before serving.

These are perfect to serve warm as a dessert, although I personally prefer them chilled. Either way, they just melt in the mouth, with pastry as light as a whisper and a filling of wobbly custard flavoured with vanilla, caramel and cinnamon.
Although these mini pancakes look pretty impressive, they're dead easy to make and won't cost a fortune either: enjoy them as part of Delia's Frugal Christmas menu!
So easy to make, this lovely pate will soon become a firm favourite. The salad is a revelation too!
