Long Description to add
With all the flavours of Christmas this sorbet is a very special dessert with which to finish a festive meal...
If you are a coffee fan, this is the coffee dessert – the best ever! It is based on an old-fashioned recipe for honeycomb mould, which sometimes separates into layers but sadly often doesn't.
Tilapia - also known as St Peter's fish - hails from the Caribbean, hence Delia's tropical and exotic salsa accompaniment. Serve one fish per person.
This delightful hot pudding full of fresh citrus flavours is very light and fluffy and has the advantage of emerging from the oven in a pool of its own sauce. Then all it needs is some chilled pouring cream.
Sounds odd, doesn't it? But you'll believe it when you try it. These are truly sensational – better than ice cream or a sorbet. First you bite into crisp frozen chocolate and then meet the beautifully fragrant iced banana. Heaven.
With a name like this, it's hardly surprising that Canary puddings are such a hit in the restaurant at Norwich City FC. Whether you're a Norwich supporter or not, this dessert will score every time!
This is the perfect accompaniment to Classic Roast Pork with Crackling, as the acidity of the apples offsets the richness of the pork perfectly.
This recipe is full of natural, good things – there is no sugar in it as I have come to the conclusion it tastes better without it.
Refreshing to eat and easy to make, all you need to serve this lovely dessert is some whipped cream.
Chocolate lovers will be thrilled at this twist on an English favourite...it's even better if you keep it for a day or so before eating, served with chilled cream.
