What should you be cooking this month?

July is another bumper month for home-grown fruit and veg: berries and beans are to the fore, with cucumbers and tomatoes joining in too! Perfect for Delia's gazpacho we say, or an early ratatouille, as well as all those gorgeous salads. Berries should be eaten au naturel, or used in one of Delia's many fab desserts. Add in all the Med veg such as peppers, fennel and courgettes and it's a great time on the food front!
