Real Deal Pizzas - American Hot
These pizza bases are the real thing, made in the Le Marche region of Italy with long fermentation, then stone-baked with a brushing of passata, but any favourite pizza base will do.

Pre-heat the oven to gas mark 7, 220°C with a baking sheet.
Place the pizza base on the hot baking sheet. Now arrange the slices of tomato on top and season. Next, sprinkle the two cheeses all over and place the pepperoni slices over that – covering the whole base apart from the edge.
Scatter the jalapeño pepper over and the olives, then on to a high shelf of the oven with it, for 15-18 minutes.
