Bear in mind when you are buying pasta, that 450g serves 4 people – so it really is economical. All rice is easy to cook if you follow my instructions to cook perfect rice. Don’t whatever you do, buy ‘easy-cook’ rice, it’s more expensive and, you’ll have wasted your money.
