Crumble for dessert?

Synonymous with Sunday lunch, crumbles are the most traditional of desserts - and cheap and easy to make. The good thing about them is that you can ring the changes, using whatever fruit is available, making the humble crumble as much a part of summertime eating - think apricots, peaches and blackcurrants - as it is in winter.
