Autumn vegetables
Although summery produce is a fading memory, there are compensations with such fabulous autumn vegetables as pumpkin, wild mushrooms, aubergines and Savoy cabbage. Tomatoes and peppers are still good, too, so why not give them a starring role with some of Delia's autumnal dishes.
