| Char-grilled Aubergine and Roasted Tomato Salad with Feta Cheese I am indebted to Chris Payne, who very generously gave me this splendid recipe. If you don't possess a ridged grill pan, you could grill the aubergine slices till nicely browned and tender. Either way, this is a truly delicious combination of textures and flavours. |
Dessert
| This is so many people's favourite ice cream – pale green and fragrant, with lovely bits of frozen pistachio to bite into and lovely on its own or served with Pistachio Wafers. These pretty little triangular wafers are perfect with Pistachio Ice Cream. |
