Perfect outdoor eating for 2

Stuffed Cabbage Leaves with Toasted Pistachios and Pine Nuts
Needless to say you use dried apricots for this pleasantly spicy dish, and although it is simple, you do need to leave time to make it, because the pork should marinate for several hours before cooking.
Sometimes the simplest recipe can be a star if it's done properly. Rhubarb suffers from being over-boiled and smashed to a pulp, but if you cook it gently in the oven with just sugar and no water, it will slowly release its juice, keep its chunky shape – and taste wonderful.
