This gorgeous vegetarian menu for 8 is a real feast of goodness - with a touch of chocolate indulgence at the end!


Starter

Fresh Shelled Pea Soup

This soup is a lovely dark green colour and has all the wonderful ingredients and flavours of peas à la Française – peas, spring onions, lettuce and bacon – blended into a velvety smooth soup. 

Main Course

 

Chilladas 

These spiced lentil cakes really are delicious. Serve with a home-made tomato sauce.

 

Dessert

 

Chocolate and Hazelnut Brownie Cake 

Be warned, this is wickedly rich – a chewy, chocolatey, nutty mixture sandwiched together with whipped cream. Great with hazelnuts but you can use other nuts like brazils, or even a mixture.
