© New Crane InternetWe know how much you enjoy our summer, autumn and winter menus, so it seemed only sensible to launch a spring set too! And what recipes... exotic Turkish stuffed tomatoes, dolmades and chilladas; salmon rosti fish cakes and baked salmon and sorrel creams; the easiest vanilla ice cream on record and a wickedly indulgent chocolate brownie cake are just a few of the highlights.

There are seven menus in total: one serves 2, one serves 4, three serve 6 and two serve eight. Two are vegetarian, though we're sure meat-eaters will also love them. And many elements are prepare-ahead.

You will also find a full list of the recipes, with a link to each one, so you can mix and match accordingly, or just cook one dish rather than three courses.
