It's a great time of year for food lovers, and our spring menus are sure to whet the appetite, with salmon, sorrel (left), rocket, new potatoes, rhubarb and peas among the seasonal ingredients featured. What's more, there's no need to stop eating these dishes when summer arrives...
Two of our menus are perfect for vegetarians: the first features fresh shelled pea soup, spiced lentil cakes and choc and hazelnut brownie cake, while the second has stuffed vine leaves, pitta bread salad and gooseberry and elderflower jellies.
