A good roasting

Winter soups

Yorkshire Provender Soups are the brainchild of Belinda Williams, who has a very simple ethos for making soup, and that is to always use the best seasonal ingredients available. They are then hand prepared in her North Yorkshire kitchen by a small team. The result is soups that taste as close to home made you could possibly get – without making them yourself! Take it slow

There is nothing quite like coming home after a hard day to the welcome aroma of a casserole cooking, but not so easy if you are not at home to keep an eye on it. If you have ever been tempted to buy a slow cooker, why not try the new Judge 1.5 litre? Be lazy!

When time is short, anything that helps cut down on preparation is a godsend, and the Very Lazy range of cooking concentrates will do just that.
