Back to the grind

This cleverly designed Pestle and Mortar from Vacu Vin, has a 10cm diameter bowl to grind large quantities of herbs and spices. If you need to grind a smaller amount, you simply turn it upside down and the base turns into a 5cm diameter bowl. Squires Kitchen’s 2012 Cake decorating and Sugarcraft exhibition
