If you are stuck for words this Valentine’s Day, you might just be spending it with the wrong person! Something fishy

Despite living on an island with water surrounding us, we can tend to be a bit wimpy about cooking fish. Many are put off, by bones, skin, eyes…! The Saucy Fish Co. have come up with the perfect solution with their wonderful range of pre-packed fish and sauces. They have put together a fillet of fish with a sachet of sauce to complement; our favourite is the Sea Bass with Beurre Blanc, followed very closely by Salmon with Chilli, Lime and Ginger dressing. Their latest addition is Cod fillet with a Piri Piri sauce that has just the right amount of kick without being overpowering.
